After last winter's trip down the waterway, out to the Bahamas . . . and back, our trusty, 10-hp, 24-year-old Yanmar YSB-12 (original equipment in our 1977 CD 30 cutter) is ready to be put out to pasture. Have several questions, if anyone can spare some time to answer:
> Will current 18hp/27hp Yanmars fit?
> Is 18 adequate? Or should we go with 27?
> Should we use highest ratio reduction gear available?
> Any thoughts on size props with recommended engine?
