Took some slop out of my steering by making an adjustment to the cable down below, but wondered if there was a general rule of thumb about how tight you can/should make them. Just enought to get the slop out, or can you make it tighter? The tighter the cable the less slop there might be it seems to me. So, does anybody know if there is a rule of thumb on this?
