New Features for This Message Board

I've made a few improvements in this message board. Hopefully, no new problems have been introduced, but just in case:

<b>Please, please, please: If you run into problems, don't just ignore them. <a href="mailto:bilofsky@ix.netcom.com">Send me email</a> and let me know what happened, and as much as you can remember of what you did. I can't keep maintaining and improving this message board without your help.</b>

Now to the goodies. I've added:

A button to display the most recently posted messages.
When typing a long line in a message, the text will wrap to the next line automatically.
The ability to type HTML in messages, so those of you who want to make your posts look fancy can do so.
Better handling of errors.
One note: If you try to use the punctuation marks < and > in your posts, it may cause some of your text to be lost, as these are interpreted as HTML by your browser.
