Our '80 CD30 Ketch, Skywind, has developed mottled gray areas on the exterior cabin top which appear to be mildew, but resist removal by even the most caustic methods. Could this indicate the decline of the gelcoat surface and, if so, what are your recommendations on proper paint make and color? We re-painted the non-skid on the deck using Interlux Bristol Beige, and that turned out very well. Now I'm concerned about the proper white color for topsides. Thanks.
