Hey out there in CD land, if anyone has any questions about how a perkins is installed in a CD I have first hand experience. The engine is out of the Hatter for a rebuild job. Wow! What a job. I did not remove it myself but gave a hand when I could. A great chance to rearrange some items that are unaccessable with engine in place.

Did much have to be removed from the block (exhaust header, starter, etc.) or did it fit through the companionway intact? Also, I'm curious to what improvements/rearrangements you are going to make.
