Good luck with the launch. I hope everything goes well also. I also did alot of work on my 25 and I'll be around that area this weekend. Give me a call if you are out. The boats name is R&R. Have fun, to bad there isn't going to be any wind this weekend again!!!

Dan, where are keeping her in dorchester bay. i'm moored a mere stones throw away from the colorful gas tank. Hope to see you out there this weekend.

Ah, the memories! The Quincy power plant was just west of our mooring. The bottom was coal dust. The Stoughton Sea Explorers moored a Coast Guard 38 ft. picket boat there for a season or two back in the early 50s.
I sailed on "Mistress" out of Hingham YC a few times and was hooked.
Glad you have your boat launched and can enjoy the remainder of the season!

Best of luck with NANCY!!! I know the boat and I also know what it feels like to make your trip for the first time. Our first sail on LIQUIDITY (then SANDERLING) was from Hewitts Cove Marina in Hingham to her new home at Marina Bay.
Watch for us in Boston Harbor!!!
