HELP!!!REPLACING MUFFLER ON CD-33

HELP! My muffler died. It is an old model Vernalift, top in top out qith a square bottom that sits on a square base with a brackett bolted to the tranny. I measured every possible angle, the height, diameter, turrets, etc. but my numbers do not match any of the Vernalift mufflers listed on their website. Any other CD-33 owner out there, do you know exactly what would be the model number of the muffler I may use to replace my old one? Would appreciate a reply ASAP!!! (Friday, 9 pm) ( my sailing weekend is lost!) Thanks for your help.

Wish I could help, but LaVida has a Volvo, with a custom exhaust muffler. As a last ditch effort, take it to a local metal fab shop and have them weld you up a new one. Expensive, but doable.
