I am considering selling a Cape Dory 28. The boat is in the San Francisco Bay Area. The boat and engine (Volvo) are in good shape. What is a reasonable selling price?

I have just purchased a CD 28 in very good condition (new sails, Harken furling,300hrs on the rebuilt Volvo,AC,Auto Pilot,New wiring,etc.)for $21,000.

What year is it? As you probably know, apart from depreciation due to the passage of time, there were a number of changes over the years that make newer ones more desireable and, therefore, more valuable.
