While sailing my CD25 in a stiff breeze yesterday, my tiller broke off at the bracket/brace. Can someone please provide any information as to where I can find a replacement? If possible, I would like to get a new one in the next few days as I am on vacation. I am located on Cape Cod. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: CD25 Tiller Replacement
Try West Marine, they have replacement tillers for many flavors of boats. The worst case is to find a tiller as close in dimension as your current tiller and you may have to shave the base a bit to fit the mounting bracket.

Bill:
Don's suggestion is a good one, if temporary. Most CD Tillers are attached to the bronze strap with bronze pins that are press-fit into the strap. You will need to drive these out, fit the new tiller, drill holes in the tiller and through-bolt where the pins were.
If you want a permanent replacement, I can get you one by the end of the week, if you can FedEx the broken parts up to Boston.
