Alberg Typhoon winch

Hello,

I am in the process of restoring an Alberg Typhoon, hull #29. I'm having trouble disassembling the winches. I think they may be Gibb winches, but not 100% sure. If anyone has any insight to the type or how to disassemble, I would appreciate it.

I have one similiar its South Coast brand. That large slotted screw in the center can be turned with the winch handle
