Update: Plans have changed, and the boat is now available immediately. Since we're practically at mid-October, that isn't a huge leap, but still.

Edit: New photos. Also forgot I had the coax for VHF replaced spring 2024 as well as the masthead and anchor lights and wiring while they were at it.

1978 CD27 for sale. Asking price: $6500, available immediately.

S/v Gabrielle has spent almost her whole life on the Chesapeake. Spent four years in Chattanooga in fresh water, but is currently where she belongs.
Boat is currently at Regent Point Marina off the Rappahannock river in Virginia. Clean title.

The basics:
OG Yanmar YSM8 engine. New exhaust elbow 2017, new engine mounts early 2020. Regular oil and impeller changes at the end of each season
New alternator summer 2020
New standing rigging 2020
New Halyards in 2022(Cajun Ropes)
New main and 135 genoa from Bacon Sails in early 2019
New Simrad autotiller spring 2024
New Lewmar ST bronze winches spring 2022
New portlight glass 2018
Winter cover from ShipShape canvas along with ~20 sandbags
Marine head, holding tank and plumbing removed in 2021 Seacocks remain so easy to put in a new system.

Toe rail mounted swim ladder from WM installed in 2023
I've got a folder of all the work the previous owner did as well.

TL/DR - A structurally sound, age appropriate CD27. The teak and interior cushions need some TLC.

After a few potential buyers flaked out, in occasionally spectacular ways, time to drop the price.

Boat will remain in the water until mid-December at Regent Point Marina. Will handle winterizing and covering around then, too.
