Wanted:CD25D or CD26 or CD27

I'd like to purchase a Cape Dory 25D or Cape Dory 27. Perhaps even a Cape Dory 26, either the diesel or outboard in the well. But not a 25.

I live in Oriental NC but will consider boats more or less anywhere along the east coast, depending on condition and price.

I prefer a boat in good or better condition. I know this because my wife said so. (But she settled for me, so maybe...)

Saw a what looks to be a nice CD 27 on eBay, located in Florida. Has Beta 14 diesel, good electronics, shows well in the pictures.
