I just stepped my mast and am now trying to adjust my stays. Does anyone have a Pro Furler and know how to tension the front stay. As I turn the turn buckel the bottom bolt stays put because its bolted in place on the bow. The top bolt(end of the stay) turns in the same direction I turn the adjuster. Because the stay goes up inside the PRO FURLER, theres no way to hold the end of the stay to keep it from turning. HELP! this is the only thing keeping me from lauching the boat

Front stay adj. with pro furler?

Re: Front stay adj. with pro furler?
I am not familiar with Pro Furler furlings but I tighten my head stay with the back stay. The stay length of non adjustable furlings is "factory set". Meaning the extrusion is cut to a specified length that can't be adjusted. Tensioning of the stay is done either with the backstay or the halyard. Hope this helps
