Winter boat cover for Cape Dory 26/25D -- SOLD

I am selling the winter boat cover that I had manufactured for my Cape Dory 26 by Ship Shape Products in Duluth, MN about eight years ago. The cover is a frameless, two-section design that uses the boom and a whisker pole or wooden plank to form a frame for the cover (details and pictures can be found on their website, http://www.shipshapecanvas.com and their facebook page). I used this as a winter cover for four seasons in Annapolis and then as a summer cover for two seasons in southwest Florida. I coated the cover with 303 UV protectant spray and waterproofing spray prior to putting it on my boat for winter/summer storage every time I used it and again every time I took it off of the boat. The cover shows signs of use and has some stains, but the fabric is still very strong and the cover has many years of use left in it -- I had the entire cover re-stitched with a tougher UV-resistant thread in late 2020. It fits a CD26 perfectly and will fit the forward section of a CD25D perfectly as well, but the aft section of a 25D is a few inches shorter than the aft section of a 26, so there would be a little "slop" at the stern. The cover comes with a storage bag. Asking $300.00.

That's a great deal for someone.
I bought one of these from Ship Shape 4 years ago (for $2,000) for my Intrepid 9 Meter and it has worked very well. Mine too shows almost no signs of wear after 4 winters in Connecticut.
