1984 Cape Dory 31 for sale. Located in Charleston, SC.
Most recent survey completed April 2012
Newly certified (late 2010) 6 man liferaft. New steering cables. Yanmar 3GM with 204 hours time. Main, staysail, and genoa which is on furling. Teak very well maintained on deck and below. Beautiful teak interior professionally refurbished including upholstery. 3 Freshwater tanks and pressurized water system. 4 batteries with 2 bank selector. Battery charger and shore power. Tasco 2 burner propane oven and stove. Marine head and holding tank. Diver maintained bottom. VHF, Garmin GPS chartplotter, depthfinder. Very good to excellent condition. Asking $35,000

1 x 19 stainless steel standing rigging. Norseman connections. Professional aloft inspection reported no deficiencies (4/23/12)
mainsail with lazy jacks, roller furling (Hood) 135 genoa, staysail on removable inner forestay.

2 Type I offshore life vests and numerous type II. Ring bouy and throwable cushions.
2 handheld fire extinguishers
newly recertified (in 2010) Revere Coastal Commander 6 man liferaft, next inspection due 12/2013

Tasco propane 2 burner stove and oven with propane system installed professionally in 2007.
Top load ice box
Manual flush Jabsco marine head with holding tank 20 gal. Y valve diverter, macerator pump, and deck receptacle pumpout.
Shower in head
Pressurized fresh water system, 3 tanks.
Shower sump pump.
Submersible electric bilge with float switch and Whale manual pump operation in cockpit.
Spare tiller
Yanmar 3GM, 30 hp, 3 cylinders. 204 hours since rebuild and meticulously maintained.
Spartan bronze plug type seacocks
Bronze opening ports
All teak interior and exterior in well kept condition.
Solid boat inside and out. No soft spots or any areas of concern.

20 gal fuel capacity
84 gal fresh water
23 gal holding tank
