Any opinions on the CDI FF4
I am thinking of using on CD 30 Cutter for the stay sail

HI, I'm hesitating to reply because I've never had a CDI furler. My brother did, though, on a trailable daysailor. His had
warped lying flat in the sun during storage. The foil is plastic, as I'm sure you know. That said, there are a lot of
people happy with these furlers, especially ones installed on trailable boats where the mast is taken down often and a
rigid, aluminum foil would be prone to getting bent.
If it were my boat, I would opt for a Harken furler. These, I think, are a bit more durable and the foil stiffer. - Jean
