1985 Build, Comissioned 1986 Purchased from original owner in 1995, continually maintained and upgraded. Has completed circumnavigation in 2010 and is ready to go again.
Vessel is located @ Waterford Harbor Marina and Yacht Club in Kemah, Texas. Photos, including major refit in New Zealand, are available by referring to our link in the "Projects" forum CDSOA. Please overlook photos of ageing Captain and Admiral, but enjoy the crusing photos.
Complete Inventory will be available as soon as I can post it. Last survey was 2009. "Fair market value" was placed at $130,000.
If possible we will scan the survey and attempt to post a link.
We are currently still living aboard and will continue to maintain Como No in a ready to go condition.
Current intentions are not to list with a broker, but we will advertise nationally.
Asking price is $130,000 for this ready to voyage, fully equipped vessel.
Although we are getting at the age when we do not feel that the full time cruising lifestyle is still suitable for us we will continue to do the occasional yacht delivery.

The internet is rife with trolls. Providing your contact information is fraught with danger. A PM is the relatively safe way to provide this info.
