Tim ... thats a product called SeaDek ... comes in some pretty hideous colors, but this beige looked ok to me ... and its not particularly stain resistant or easy to clean ... but its comfy ... my new to me cockpit cushions that came with the boat are retired. The thing I hadn't counted on is how much less stuff slides from windward to leeward and back and how much more civilized that makes things in the cockpit. The binos, beer, cell ph., winch handles etc

Great shots Fred.
I too hope to get over to Cuttyhunk next season. But for me it's been 50 years. Back in 1972 my brother and I and a friend sailed there and then on to Nantucket on a 23 foot (wood) Pennant (?) Sloop.
