The beginning of the 2021 season

Orion was launched this morning.....hooray! I managed to replace and position all the cotter pins in the clevis pins which secure the stays to the chain plates. I adjusted the turnbuckles for the headsail furling units and reassembled the drums. I did the initial tune on the rig (I do it again after the first sail and install the cotter pins in the turnbuckles at that time). I rigged the staysail and main boom but I won’t have the lazy jacks in place until I bend the sails on......of course it’s not a REAL sailboat until the sails are bent on....
