100% CD36 Yankee For Sale - Used one northern season

Hello:

In the not too distant past we sadly sold our much loved CD36 Evergreen. Since we had always sailed her to "off the beaten track" places we always had a spare Yankee onboard (since the Yankee was our primary sail when cruising). Consequently, we have our spare Yankee for sale.

Details: The sail was made by Quantum of Solomons for a Harken Unit 2 Furler. Specs: I: 42ft; J: 15.5ft; LP: 100%; 336.5sq.ft.; Cross cut; Challenge 6.63 HMW Dacron; Padded luff.
It was used for one short northern sailing season. After that season it was sent to a loff in Maine where it was cleaned and checked for issues. It is still in their packaging.

Price: The sail cost $2,171 new (taxes included). It is currently available for $1,000. Considering that it is practically a new sail I consider the 1/2 off price fair and I am firm about it. I do not bargain.

Monday or Tuesday - Thursday of this week (03/22.2021) I will be traveling from Florida to Virginia in order to look at a boat. So, if someone is seriously interested in having a new headsail this year I could bring it along.
