If I had the scratch, I'd jump on the one in Georgetown. I can see that Island from our Island. Sadly, I'm a beginner so still restoring and learning on my O'Day Daysailer.

I saw the one in Bath and spent a lot of time with the seller and would absolutely go have a look. While I was still thinking about it, someone else made an offer. So I found another CD28, bought it and sailed it home after putting a pile of coin into it. But then this one was available again. I think the price is right, given that there is not a lot, in my opinion, that immediately needs be done to it.
