It is with great sadness and Joy that I announce Saga Blue, CD25D, hull 180 has a new owner. Ray Gresham. Saga has had a recent refit with new beta engine, new tan bark sails, new bronze self-tailing winches, new cushions, new canvas, interior new hatch covers where needed, new stove, bright work redone, and the list goes on.
We did not get her decks painted, Ray will finish that out and a few minor projects. Ray is a great sailor. His profession is finish carpenter so I am confident he can and will maintain Saga in Bristol condition. I still have my Alberg designed Pearson Ensign and my Cape Dory 10. I will miss Saga, but I am glad she is going to someone who loves her as much as I do and he is more capable than I am.
