Needed CD25 Bow Pulpit

Post by John Lesage »

The yard just trashed the bow pulpit launching my 25. A bit of inexperience and the slings slipped.
When it hit the bulkhead the pulpit took the damage and at least not the bow. Otherwise I’d be soon sailing another boat. Any available for sale?
Thanks

I have the pulpit from CD25 number 622 available.

Shipping is too expensive so we will have to arrange a meeting spot. I'm in Lyndeborough NH but I will be in your area later this month.

PM me with your email and I can send photos.

The yard managed to find a pulpit on Long Island. I ended up installing it myself. Just a trust issue.
Thanks to all who sent PMs. So far back on the water is a good thing.

I'm also looking for a bow pulpit for #260 that I bought last summer without one.

Mass Marine Parts in Quincy Mass is a boat breaker. Their website shows lots of bow rails. I haven't visited them yet but plan to check them out someday for some odds and ends. May be worth a shot.

Hey there,

there is a pulpit for sale in Boston's Craigslist for $50.00. I have no connection to do this sale. Also, Mass Marine Parts in Quincy, MA is great place to look for pulpits and more parts, especially sailboat parts. I am a frequent flyer there.

Cheers and keep safe.
