She's a Shellback, 11.5ft design by Joel White. Rows great. Sails nicely. And tows pretty well.

I have a shellback dinghy for sale. Built it myself in 1999 from the original plans. Lightly sailed in Dallas, Seattle, and back in Dallas. Been on the hard for a year now.
Asking $2500. Good sails, oars, oarlocks. Hull is now fiberglassed, so it's a little heavier.
PM me for photos. May take a few days to get them, as the boat is at my son's house.
