For Sale: 1973 Ty Weekender w/new Road King Trailer-$8900

1973 Cape Dory Typhoon Weekender. In Portland, Maine. In very good condition. LOA 18'6". LWL 14'. Beam 6.25'. Draft 2.6 ft. Full keel. Fractional rig. 2000 lbs. 900 lbs ballast. Honda 2.3 hp, 4 stroke, long shaft. 2 sets of sails all in good condition. Full cushions for cockpit and cabin bunks. Danforth with rode. PFD's. Bilge pump. Boarding ladder(s). Fenders and docklines. Virtually new (2017) Road King trailer with brakes, and extendable tongue for ramp launching. Tow and launch this boat with your vehicle (total weight of trailer and boat is 2500 lbs).

Spring 2020 updates: all brightwork stripped and varnished; topsides, boot top and bottom repainted.

do you have any close up photos? Any history on when hull or topside have been restored / checked?

Just took the cover off and will get more pics within a couple of days. I’ve owned her only two years, and don’t know the history. The deck appears to have been resurfaced with non-skid within the past few years (excellent job). Topsides has been painted.
