'High Res' is in good condition. She has been yard maintained for the last four years. Hull is sound with no soft spots, some crazing on the deck, but no leaks. Teak is all in good shape, oiled, not varnished. Includes a 6 hp 1970s Johnson outboard--a little bit overpowered, but it's a good, reliable engine. Original Spartan motor mount. Standing rigging is in good shape; some has been replaced recently. Running rigging is in good shape; new halyards 2018. Sails are not for racing, but there are no rips, tears, or major chafing. Main, working jib, storm jib, genoa, spinnaker with bag and pole. New sunbrella sail cover for mainsail 2016. Hanked-on jib. Two danforth anchors, 25 feet of chain & 60 feet of rode for the main anchor. Cushions are in decent shape for their age; one has a ripped seam. Random other gear includes bug screen for the companionway (needs some glue), docking lines, fenders, life preservers, paddle, swim ladder, horn, flares, bilge pump, etc.
I have sailed High Res in some pretty . . . interesting . . . conditions, and she is wonderfully stable, with a comfortable motion, even when the tide is running against the wind. I've taken her on a couple overnight trips to Cuttyhunk and had some beautiful days out on the water.
