CD30C Mast Gate Missing

Post by Kickin Bears »

Looking for a pic and/or info on what type of mast gate was standard on the CD30C’s.

I see two horizontal holes on the mast where the slugs go in where one used to be installed. Getting really tired of having to work the slugs while trying to raise/lower the main (especially when dealing with heavier wind).

I put a stopper in above the slug gate before I left yesterday, but now the 2nd reef is about ~1’ higher. I’d prefer to have it snugged down closer to the boom.

This gate is off of my CD330, I think it is the same as my friend's CD30.
