launch day rainbow
Got her in this afternoon, always happy to be launched before Memorial Day.
As I was leaving saw this full rainbow spread across the harbor. Quite a sight. Good portent for the coming season?
Was a funny day, cold front from Canada came rushing down and the wind was gusting hard all day. Had some humid air around from yesterday which triggered a few showers, including this one.

That's a beautiful picture. Where was it taken, and is that your boat in the foreground?

That's the innermost part of the harbor in Camden, Maine.
And yes, the Typhoon Senior in the foreground is mine. Normally she sits on a mooring further out in the harbor, but there was no launch service running yet so the harbormaster nicely let me stay on the town-owned float there temporarily (I could get used to the convenience....).

In my world this photo is quintessential Maine. Beautiful photo.

The boat behind you looks like it has a damaged mast.

Re: launch day rainbow
You might be seeing the wooden piling at the end of the row of floats. On the dock I noticed that boat had its mast laying down on the deck.
Does look a little odd in that picture.
