looking for stern rail for my CD 25

I am looing to replace the previous stern rail on my CD25 with outboard well. It looks like it was there at one point but has been removed any advice as to where I might find a replacement part?

I have the stern pulpit sitting on my porch. I removed it from my Cape Dory 25 the other day.
