Wilcox-Crittenden Headmate head - Pristine Condition

Am refurbishing a boat (not a Cape Dory) and replacing the head. Head looks to be only a year or 2 old with little use. I'd keep it but my 1st mate insists on a new head. My authority extends just so far.
A Groco HFB will be replacing this head as it has similar dimensions and inlet/discharge port orientation. The label on the pump indicates Thetford with a manufacture date of 2016.
It worked fine when installed and later when tested. I've thoroughly cleaned it with vinegar and bleach/cleaner, pictures will show that. Am asking $125 + cost of shipping, if shipped.
