As pictured? I.e., with trailer, etc. It is usually helpful to specify the equipment list, condition, mechanicals, etc., and perhaps you've already done this elsewhere. In any event, it will probably be the buyer rather than the seller who determines a "fair" price.

Best of luck with this, as we all will be selling a sailboat at some point.
