Buying a CD30 B

I am buying a CD30B and would like to know where I could find a
Marina in the Melbourne FL area that would unstep the mast and prepare
the CD30B for transport to NY area.

Congratulations! There are several local marinas set up for what you want. You could try Indian Harbor Marina. They have a lift and helpful personnel.
