CD 22

I'm looking at a CD22 next weekend (1981) and would appreciate any tips on certain things I should look for or be aware of. Also, any thoughts on the value of an '81 in whatever shape. I'm kinda' new to sailing but have owned boats 20+ years. Thanks, HMS

I purchased a CD22 in the Fall and I'm having it made ready for the Spring. If You're SERIOUS about the boat, have a good surveyor look at it. The condition of the core of the deck is important. You'll have to do some homework on the price.
