After over 45 years of owning and sailing exclusively Cape Dory sailboats, from 23 feet through 36 feet, it is time to think about a retirement power boat and, sadly, Gracie must find a new home. I purchased her on December 12, 2007 after she suffered mast and bow pulpit damage from a falling limb during a Maine winter storm and I have spent the intervening years replacing, upgrading equipment and sailing her locally. During my stewardship, she was always winter-stored under dry, hard cover, and professionally hauled, launched and cared for. With the passing of Cape Dory's production facilities, Gracie is a member of a dwindling number of these proud and beautiful Carl Alberg sailboats. She is in great shape and is still young. Sails are new and she comes with Harkan furling and a Triad custom trailer with a float on/float off package that has never been in the water. She comes with two engines, a 9.9 Yamaha for the well and a backup new 6HP Yamaha. She also comes with new mast stepping system hardware. She can be seen at her mooring in Duxbury (Massachusetts) harbor. A complete equipment inventory is available on request. Full electronics, fully found. Offered at $16,950. Negotiable.
