For Sale: CD 27 sloop (1977; hull #44)

I have owned Baraka for 17 years, but am now retired, children are on their own, and I have other interests to pursue. Only two previous owners.

Professional survey only a year ago revealed no problems. Engine starts fine (Yanmar diesel) . Sails are professionally maintained, cleaned, and stored by North Sails every winter.
Needs new running rigging. External teak professionally sanded down and ready for refinishing ... has always been varnished, never had Cetol. Sails new from Anson Sailmakers in New Hampshire in 2000. Full battened main with lazy jacks. 135% roller furling genoa. All sails in excellent condition. Never raced. Just used for day sailing. I will make the survey available to interested parties. Are you sure your 27 is hull #44? Mine is a 1977 #44 as well.. or at least that is what the plaque says behind my tiller. ( Im in RI as well)
