For Sale: CD 27 sloop (1977; hull #35). I have now owned London for 14 years, retirement and new interests mean it is time to sell. She has been sailed regularly, and has been well maintained. Of the 14 years I have owned her she has taken me and my friends on 2+ week Maine cruises more than 10 times.

London includes a Raymarine C-80 with integrated radar, Raymarine speed and depth and a 'first mate' - a Raymarine autotiller ST-1000. Standard VHF radio.

Exernal teak stripped to bare wood and re-finished with 3 coats Cetol light 2017. Original bronze fittings. YSB8 engine starts reliably, new exhaust 2017. SS shaft with original bronze prop. Anchor is a 25lb CQR with rope and chain, also includes a Danforth lunch hook. Rule auto bilge pump. Manual head w. holding tank. Origo non-pressure alcohol stove. Doyle full-batten mainsail; 120% genoa on roller-fuller. Also includes a working jib. White hull with blue non-skid. New cushion covers 2015. Original gel-coat topsides (no Awlgrip, etc.). Boathook, 6 life jackets, spot light, harness, some original tools, knives, forks, plates & spoons, pots and pans, a swing-stove, bbq, 3 cushions, 3 fenders and docklines all included.
