A huge thanks to everyone on the board who chimed in on the pros and cons of having a CD 27 on the Chesapeake. I also have a huge debt of gratitude to the previous owner, who took the time to teach me his boat and make the entire purchase a gentlemanly experience.
So S/V Gabrielle has a new owner, and I can't wait to learn to sail her the way she deserves. She's in Solomons now, and will be moving up to Herrington Harbor sometime in late June or early July.

I'm a little north of Herrington Harbor, in Galesville. I'm not nearly as knowledgeable as others on here but at least I can share my mistakes!!!!!
