Hello all- We are excited about our "new to us"Cape Dory 36. It has not been in the water for 15 years. We were grateful to have the pictures for the cockpit sole repair from this site- it helped us complete the same repair. With the 200 hour engine up and running, teak repair and finishing nearly completed, along with many other projects in good progress- we can actually fantasize sailing her this summer.
In trying to add new lines for the boat I began a search for a rigging diagram. We have sailed a sloop rig for the past 25 years and this is our first cutter rig. I have searched far and wide for a rigging diagram- none to be found. Do any of the owners of a CD 36 have a rigging diagram they can share?

Re: Rigging Diagram?
No rigging diagram in the Owners Manual. Even tried calling Robinhood Marine- they don't have anything.
Much to my husband's chagrin- I finally called the rigger at our yacht yard and am having him come review and instruct. He promised he would help me with a diagram- I will provide it when he finishes his consult.
Thanks for the response!

Bertha:
This may help. If not, my apologies.
Go to: http://www.capedory.org/cdsoalook-group ... inemanuals
Scroll down to 1983 Manual for CD 36.
Open this manual.
Go to about page 56, Section 17.4. This should give you the measurements for all of the standing rigging on a CD 36. I know it is not a rigging "diagram" but the measurements for all the standing rigging may help you and/or your rigger.
On page 52 of this manual there is a reasonably good drawing of a CD 36 with measurements, etc. for some of the sail measurements, etc. If this diagram is used in conjunction with the rigging measurements on page 56 this may also be of assistance to you and/or your rigger.
Best wishes
