Hello to all interested parties;
I was fortunate enough to obtain copies of the Masthead articles chronicling "Swimmin' John Churchill's" daring round trip to Bermuda in his CD26 (now Jan Monaghan's boat). It makes for interesting reading for anyone contemplating an offshore passage in a small boat like a Cape Dory 25D. Since I received the Mastheads from Garrard Young, who received them from Peter Van Der Kam, I am willing to keep the spirit alive by forwarding them to some other deserving Cape Dorian. Let me know who it is and where to send them. Thanks!
