CD22 mast height ?
I am trying to find the mast height of a CD22. I can't seem to find it on this site. Any idea, or what am I missing? Thanks , Steve

Re: CD22 mast height ?
I noticed it say's "Standard Mast Lengths: 26'6", 30' " I wonder if the 30' mast goes on the CD22 and the smaller mast on the Typhoon. Regardless thanks for the answer and the site for future use. Hopefully some else will have more input as well.

I have a 22 and was told the "air draft" was 33' but can't confirm it.
You've got some potentially useful data in above posts. According to sailboat data http://sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp?class_id=334, the "I" dimension for a CD22 is 28'. That's top of mainsail to deck height directly below (as if there was no coach roof). Top of mainsail to top of mast and the normal attachments up there adds another foot-ish. I just measured deck to waterline amidships at about 2'. Adding this up gets you 31'-ish.
I know someone with a 22 who was able to pass under the Baker's Haulout bridge at Miami at low tide. Charts show that bridge with a 32' vertical clearance. Not sure how the tide affected that.

Re: CD22 mast height ?
This here has rig dimensions relative to the sail. So if you can measure from the top of the gooseneck to the deck, you should be close. See the measurement P = luff length of the mainsail, measured along the aft face of the mast from the top of the boom to the highest point that the mainsail can be hoisted - https://www.mauripro.com/us/category/2- ... y-22D.html
Also see here; this has height of foretriangle - http://l-36.com/boat_dimensions_boat_ph ... ft=3&cbdr=
Hope it helps. Best would be someone who has measured their own mast of course.

Re: CD22 mast height ?
If there is a halyard on the mast, tie a line to it and hoist until the knot hits the sheave at the top of the mast and measure the length that way. On my CD25 the halyard passes over the top of the mast (atop two sheaves), so it's the highest point.
