This bulletin board, hosted by the CDSOA, Inc., is the on-line meeting place for all Cape Dory owners and groups. We welcome everyone's questions, answers and comments about Cape Dory sailboat
1983 CD 22 available for sale. Skylark is a beautiful, Alberg designed pocket cruiser. She has a pretty interior, with just enough wood accents to make her attractive and comfortable. She has roller furling and a 9.8 hp 2-cycle extra long shaft Nissan outboard which starts on the first pull. She has all original cushions, which are in good shape. All the sails are original, and they are in good shape too but they won't win any races. They have been professionally maintained. All new lugs were sewn on the main this year. Her interior is clean and dry, I have not had any water in the bilge. She has six opening bronze ports with screens, and a screen for the companionway. She has a porta-potty under the v-berth. The bottom was barrier-coated and painted with Spartan (like Micron ultra). She is a very easy boat to singlehand, and she can be trailered.
Picture available when I figure out how to post them!
