1975 Cape Dory 25. Full keel in rock solid condition. Deck and standing rigging all in fine working order. Really comfortable boat to sail. Harken Roller Furling Jib with 135 made by North Sails which is only a couple of years old. Main is older but was professionally inspected and labeled as being in very good condition. 2012 Tohatsu 6 hp long shaft with alternator, professionally maintained and in excellent condition. Two quarter births and V-birth, sink with portable fresh water tank, and Thetford porta-potti. Radio, GPS, and all lights, safety gear, anchor gear, swim ladder included. Jack stands included, and I have the original head, but opted not to use it.
