This is a Cape dory 22d for sale.

The Cape Dory 22d "Fantasia" is a fresh water boat and has never seen salt water. I am the third
owner. The original owner was an officer at the Great Lakes Naval Academy in Illinois, and he
owned this boat for about 10 years. The second owner was a retired couple who used "Fantasia"
on Lake Geneva in Wisconsin. I purchased this boat from a dealer in Lake Geneva who was
selling it for them.

"Fantasia" has had the following done to her recently:

< New rims and heavy duty boat trailer tires
< New spare tire with matching rim and tire
< Wheel bearings re-packed and inspected by dealer
< New trailer lights and wiring.
< New bottom paint, Pettit Ultra
< Engine checked over and run by dealer and winterized
plus new impeller.
< Complete set of sails including Jib, main sail, Jenny and I believe storm jib.
< New set of 4 bronze screens for the 4 bronze ports
< 2 year old battery
Note: Boom is in the cabin and the mast is hanging from the ceiling in a special
built cradle.

This sail boat is ready to go. You will not find another CD22d in such clean, fresh
water shape. Cushions are original and like new. This sail boat has been lightly used
do to the short sailing season. This is the perfect little ship !

I will add some interior pictures to the photo bucket album. It is just as good as you
would hope and expect. The CD22d is not a disappointment in any way.

I will get some engine and interior pictures up in the next day or two. I have owned Fantasia for 2 years.
I traded up from a Catalina 22 (which I still own and need to sell)
