I came across this Typhoon for sale by Nautical Donations (nauticaldonations.org 773-672-2080). According to them, the boat is sound and needs cosmetic work. Listed price is $5900.

Perhaps this would sell for considerably less if someone is interested. I took a look at their sailboat listings and there is clearly no rhyme or reason to the prices they assign.
