1980 Cape Dory Typhoon Daysailer new price

Hi folks,
I have a Typhoon Daysailer . I am now asking $4500.It is on a trailer in Saint Augustine Florida.I have launched and retrieved it from this trailer with much effort and help from the tide.She comes with a main ,jib, genoa , two stroke four horse outboard. with spartan bracket, tan Sunbrella cockpit cover with battens for storage.She is ready to sail and of course great fun.I am interested in hearing feed back on this post because I look at this boat sitting there and I think this boat should be sailed. I am eager to find her a home or I am willing to charter to a cape dory owner who wants to sail the best day sailer ever when they visit Saint Augustine. Either way I would like to see this fine vessel doing what it does best.
