I have a 1979 CD 28 in near Bristol condition and am located in Crystal River, Fl., about a five hour drive for you. I have not put it up for sale and am only considering downsizing. The boat has many upgrades including repowering with Yanmar 2 GM20, Harken furling, Doyle sails, Garhauer traveller among them and would go for $20k if I do make the leap. I've had her for 14 years and sail every spring from here to Ft. Myers and back without any issues. It had a bottom job this past March with Micron 66.
