CD 25 for sale or shared ownership--stored in Yarmouth, ME

I am in Portsmouth, NH, but the sailboat is currently stored in Yarmouth, Maine. I am looking to sell it or share ownership of it. It is in fairly good condition--saillable but could use some cosmetic buffing up--structurally good.
