Sailmakers in Chesapeake Bay Area

I'm in the market for a new mailsail for "Sadie" my CD25.
Would appreciate recommendations on sailmakers in Annapolis/St. Michaels/Chesapeake Bay area. I was going to go with North Sails: heard they make the best sail for speed but not always best quality?
Price, quality, and draft are all important. I plan to go with a loose footed sail, two reefs. Suggestions, recommendations appreciated.

I was very satisfied with the price, workmanship and service.

Quantum Sails in Annapolis meets all of your criteriea. I and a number of my friends have used them numerous times. Price right, good quality and easy to work with.

My CD36 came new with UK sails and I have had good luck with UK Allan in Annapolis with replacement main, new 135% and a flasher(cruising chute). They may not be the cheapest but they know CD's and do an excellent job.

Thanks to you and everyone for the tips and advice. I ordered a new mainsail from UK Allen in Annaplois today. The People were very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait till spring!
