25' Cape Dory sailboat ready to sail. New bottom paint in October, 4 sails-main, 120 genoa, working jib, and asymmetrical spinnaker. 6 hp Tohatsu extra long shaft outboard motor with sail prop and very low hours. Has whale bilge pump, depth sounder, VHF radio, cd/radio, head, sink, area for small stove, interior cabin lights, running lights, main and foresail covers, lazy jack for mainsail, new standing rigging, two anchors, fenders, life jackets, signal flares, and other odds and ends you will need to get in the water.
