Open Typhoon

Post by Shelby »

The sad time has come, I may be selling my CD Typhoon (open/no cuddy). The lake has been unusable now for nearly three years, due to the drought. And I just cant bring myself to pay the yearly slip fee, with no water in the slip. And health issues have been troubling me as well, so trailer sailing to other lakes is not really an option. I have attached a few pictures of my boat, hoping to get honest feedback on what this jewel is worth.

The pics are not recent, but just intend to show what teak trim it has, which I have not seen on other Ty's. In the next few days, weather permitting, I will be taking pics to show current condition. Boat has no dock rash, teak is treated with Cetol light. Will be including the orginal bronze motor mount with Honda 2hp, autohelm st1000, Lowrance depth/fishfinder/gps mapping. A manual and auto bilge pumps. Boat will have orginal jib/main/genoa (good condition) and a new main and spinaker.
